Arrival & Late Arrivals

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to complete a consultation form.

If you are running late, please let me know. Your massage may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next appointment, and the booked treatment price will still apply.

If there is not enough time for your treatment, I’ll help you reschedule without a cancellation fee.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 12 hours’ notice where possible. This allows me to offer your appointment to another client.

I understand that unexpected things happen. If you cannot attend, please let me know as soon as possible. There is no charge for cancellations or missed appointments.

Health & Special Conditions

Clients must inform us prior to booking if they have any medical conditions, including high blood pressure, heart conditions, diabetes, injuries, or pregnancy.

All clients are required to complete a consultation form before treatment.

Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

Age Requirement

Clients must be 16 years or older to receive treatments. Clients under 18 may require parental or guardian consent.
